Anthony Arnold

Mr. Arnold is an experienced corporate, finance, M&A, and private equity attorney who joined Stradling after practicing at top-tier law firms in Los Angelesand serving in an in-house role at Oaktree Capital Management. Mr. Arnold began his career in the corporate department of O’Melveny & Myers, LLP, where his practice focused on debt finance, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, securities, and general corporate transactions in a variety of industries, including entertainment and sports, biotechnology, real estate and financial services.
In 2012, Mr. Arnold joined Oaktree Capital Management as Assistant Vice President in the legal group with a focus on corporate and financial transactions including private equity, securities, investment management, and corporate finance transactions. At Oaktree, Mr. Arnold led numerous projects including fund formation and debt and equity offerings, structuring investments and joint ventures, acquisitions, restructurings and/or dispositions of numerous private equity, distressed debt, and real estate investments, and the negotiation of complex transactional agreements. He also advised fund managers, company executives and boards of directors on a variety of regulatory and compliance issues.
After successful transactions with Cambridge SPG Anthony Arnold joined the Cambridge Advisory Board to help Cambridge Companies SPG with complex venture and private equity transactions, identify and source compelling opportunities and advise on highly sophisticated and complex transactions.
