Mr. Makharadze has been a serial entrepreneur and investor since 1999.
David is currently the Managing Partner and Founder of Diamond Rock Partners, a privately-held real estate investment fund which identifies and invests in a broad range of commercial and
residential real estate opportunities alongside high net worth investors, family offices and institutional clients. Prior to taking on his own entrepreneurial endeavors, he worked as a technology process consultant and project manager at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), and played a key role at e-Standard Business Solutions as the Director of Sales and VP of Business Development, where he helped build the company by structuring deals with major portals to distribute functionality to over 5 million users. He has also held financial analysis and security trading positions with Datek Securities and worked in the Hospitality Industry serving management roles at Sheraton, Marriott, and Wyndham Hotel properties.
David is a graduate of Cornell University’s School of Hotel Management.
