We seek to acquire high quality investments at discounts to replacement cost. We then improve the properties through hands-on management and targeted value-add initiatives. Our efforts result in solid returns for investors within a low-leverage or non-leveraged low risk profile structure.

We specifically target real estate opportunities—including property-level equity, debt, special situations transactions and businesses with significant real estate holdings—that we believe have significant yield potential and can be entered into on a low-risk profile structure and/or basis. We focus on investment opportunities where we have differentiated insights and/or relationships, and where we believe we can add value. As a top-tier investment firm with significant experience in financial markets and real estate we have the resources and expertise to make us a trusted revenue partner for our private and institutional investment partners.

Due to current market conditions, Cambridge Companies SPG is in the
process of divesting out of real estate and will re-enter real estate
acquisitions when special situations and distressed opportunities return.
