Nikita Volchek is the Managing Partner and Founder of Volchek Capital Partners which specializes in alternative investments across commercial real estate and private equity. Nikita had nearly 20 years
of advanced investment experience. Nikita began his career as an investor in venture capital before transitioning to commercial real estate and private equity. He has successfully led over 20 value-add multifamily projects and played a significant role in the firms investments in Coconut Cult, Tosi, 4th & Heart, Tidal Vision and more.
Nikita’s career spans over 12 businesses across Europe and the U.S. Nikita co-owned and scaled a consumer packaged goods production and distribution business from the ground up to over $100M in annual revenue and 2,000+ employees. This hands-on experience gives him a deep understanding of business operations and growth.
Nikita holds a degree in mathematics, an Executive MBA from Duke University, along with advanced certifications from IMD and Skolkovo. Nikita resides in Los Angeles with his wife and their three children.
